Home Reserve Review: Our Couch & Sectional Experience

Also the pilot holes in 1/3 of the furniture were not there...and without a jig..its difficult to get lined up. Not a bad product, but I paid a lot for the frustration. When we looked further into the features, we found that every.

This oasis should be inviting, comfortable, and functional all in one. When it comes to buying bedroom furniture,... Since this is a modular sectional there are seams between each section as opposed to being one continuous piece.

Home Reserve Sectional Features

Sectionals with built-in storage and washable fabrics. Designed to live and grow with your family. Gotta say, customer service here is top notch. The first piece I assembled was the Left Armchair. It took me an hour, and I assumed it would take an hour per piece.

I do still like it, and it has been used a ton more now that the kids are home more often . After getting to see the sectional first hand really just verified the fact that we wanted one of these sectionals for our loft space. A brutally honest, unbiased review of the Home Reserve Sectional and what you should know before you purchase one. When autocomplete results are available use up and down arrows to review and enter to select. Touch device users, explore by touch or with swipe gestures. I have 2 small children that get everything from mud to yogurt on our furniture so this was such a great feature for us!

Customize to Create the Couch of Your Dreams

We'll be looking to get another for our living room soon. And the color we chose really brightens the room so much. Our previous sofa/loveseat combo was dark leather that had big puffy arms and cushions.

It’s hell just trying to vacuum the inside of it. These couches are for looks only, not for everyday life & they don’t even look that nice. Kendra, you are far far more patient than we were. First of all, assembly was a nightmare. Had no idea it would take this much.

Quality and customer service

We just went back to the website and ordered the one extra piece. If we ever want to change or reconfigure the layout, each piece can be unattached from it’s neighbor and rearranged as we see fit. It’s 100% customizable to your exact needs.

We decided to go with the Ray style from Home Reserve, which they describe as having a “modern, low-profile nice arm”. I was kind of over the curved, puffy cushions of our old couch, and the Ray style was exactly what we were looking for. I am smitten with the fact that every piece of fabric, both the cushion covers and the covers for the bases are removeable and can be thrown in the washing machine. Once we got it assembled and put together, we realized we would have liked one more armless piece to fill out the end section a little bit more.

Built-in Storage

It was hipped very quickly and I surprised to receive it as soon as I did. Overall, I am very happy with this sectional despite my family’s desire to have big brown back up here haha! Fortunately for them that has moved to the basement so they can still enjoy it down there.

From the wood, foam, back cushion fibers and even the cardboard boxes it all comes from within the US. Disclaimer- This post is 100% my own honest thoughts on the products produced by Home Reserve. Home Reserve did gift us our couch but this post is in no way sponsored by them.

I try my darndest to buy from the small shops or local businesses when see fit. Supporting them is something our family is very passionate about. Home Reserve uses all raw materials from within the USA! They oversee all of the supply chain and know where everything is from.

Home Reserve has a 30-day risk-free trial. They allow you to order one armless unit in any style with any of their fabric choices. Once you get your box in you assemble the unit. If you’re not satisfied you can return it and get a refund for the full price including shipping. I never utilized this service but I love that it’s an option.

Superb customer service

The only other downside I’ve noticed so far is that the fabric we chose attracts our pets’ fur, so we have to be a little diligent in pulling that off at least once a week. It’s worse in the warmer months, but that’s to be expected. Before I get in to the details on just what it takes to get one of these sectionals/sofas, I want to tell you some of the features that got us excited. Also, as a disclaimer, I’m not being compensated for this post, I just really like my new sofa and wanted to share.

For us we stuck with our original, but when our order came, one of the pieces got damaged in transit. Customer service was phenomenal- they not only arranged to ship to us, but even held the shipping by a few days so it wouldn't arrive when we were out of town. The only thing I don't love about it is the depth, it could be deeper. We don't find it uncomfortable at all. Even after all these years, the cushions have held up, there's no sagging or compressed foam.

Comfortable, clean and storage

So, that’s all the good stuff, but there’s got to be some downsides, right? Well, I guess that depends on your personality. I am in the weird crowd, in that I actually enjoy assembling flat-pack furniture.
