If by chance it breaks in the moving truck (there is a good chance it could-if you have ever moved as much as we have you know what I mean) the warranty alone has our back. Home Reserve Sectional Features
Extremely pleased with the quality and look of the sectional we ordered in October 2022 from Home Reserve . The customer service and responsiveness was exceptional. Also, the order fulfillment time was superb. From the time we placed our order to the time that the sectional arrived and was assembled was a little over two weeks. Assembly was very straightforward and the instructions are easy to follow including both written and pictorial guides. But the next feature got me all kinds of excited.
She not only was prompt on all her communications , she was articulate, helpful, pleasant, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I seriously did not think this type of customer service existed anymore. Please share my feedback with her manager. I also love that you are an American company. And the color we chose really brightens the room so much. Love our couch, it’s black fabric and easy to vacuum off and spot clean.
Comfortable, clean and storage
I drew out several options with measurements while I was trying to decide on what would work best for us, and I ended up having a couple of questions that I sent in via email. I would always get a response right away and they were very helpful. Archetype Quartz and Archetype Hemp have a nice classic linen texture, while Maltese Taupe and Maltese Flax have a softer texture. I kept them in the room for a few days and paid close attention to how they looked during different times of day. After much debate we chose Archetype Quartz since it was the perfect blend of brown and gray.
If I ever have need for another sofa/sectional/chair, pretty sure Home Reserve is the first place I’ll look. Home Reserve has a 30-day risk-free trial. They allow you to order one armless unit in any style with any of their fabric choices. Once you get your box in you assemble the unit. If you’re not satisfied you can return it and get a refund for the full price including shipping. I never utilized this service but I love that it’s an option.

I should mention that this could be avoided if you do a custom order. I think the cost was slightly higher for a custom order which is why I decided to just go the blanket route haha. Remember waaaaay back in November when I shared the Living Room Makeover, I mentioned that I had ordered a new sectional, but it didn’t arrive in time for the reveal photos?
If you go to their site they have a section you can track your shipment. It will tell you how far behind they are and what orders they are working on that current week. The customer service team is the best I have ever worked with! I messed up my order and they bent over backwards to help me find a solution. Also, the couches are amazingly made.
Are the Couches Made in the USA?
Stephanie, our customer service rep, was so fast, polite, fun and kind. She was so lovely to work with and within 1 day had our replacement pieces needed. And the couch is super comfortable. We'll be looking to get another for our living room soon. I ordered 8 pieces to make a sectional.
I do still like it, and it has been used a ton more now that the kids are home more often . After getting to see the sectional first hand really just verified the fact that we wanted one of these sectionals for our loft space. Third, when picking my couch, they answered every question I have clearly and quickly. After getting through the first piece, we quickly formed a chain of command and flew through the remaining pieces. We love the color, material, and built in storage. Kendra, you are far far more patient than we were.
The fact we can add or take away from our layout and change our fabric is just wild to me. Even if we ever move again we are set. We never have to worry about if our couch will fit in our space. When I looked up our shipment it stated they were working on our order that week but the next day I got an email stating it was to arrive in 2 days! In the end the couch did happen to arrive within the 15 day time frame.
They offer a line of “pet care” fabrics. I would highly recommend Home Reserve to anyone! Whether you are a dog owner, cat owner, have kids or it’s just you this couch can grow with you in all seasons of life. It’s great quality, looks amazing, customer service is top notch and the whole process from ordering to assembling is so easy. So I purchased this couch just because of all the great reviews.
There’s a rounded, square and flat option that I considered; however, I ultimately chose the “Ali” style and couldn’t be happier with the detail of the dramatic slope. They have 3 different fabric collections, and the colors I ended up choosing are all in the Easy Living Collection. They are machine washable and stain resistant which is HUGE when you have small children and pets. As a military family that is very reassuring to know that our furniture is one less worry when moving states.
Budget Friendly DIY 8 Foot Outdoor Table
The only thing I don't love about it is the depth, it could be deeper. We don't find it uncomfortable at all. Even after all these years, the cushions have held up, there's no sagging or compressed foam. I was concerned about that but have been pleasantly surprised. If you have tall people that will be using it, they might not find it too comfy, simply because of the lack of cushion depth . But as far as the actual cushion comfort, 2 thumbs up.
